New Appeal/Dispute Form, Instructions, and Rules

 Attached please find both the links and the actual documents for the
new appeal/dispute form and instructions.  The new appeal/dispute form
and instructions are effective beginning today, July 1, 2009, for filing
any type of appeal.  All appeals are to be filed at the State Personnel
Board for purposes of streamlining the appeals process.  The Board will
take in all appeals and forward those which are for the Personnel
Director's review to the Division of Human Resources, Department of
Personnel and Administration.  The new form and instructions are located
at http://www.colorado.gov/cs/Satellite/DPA-SPB/SPB/1232721347216.

 

In addition, the most recent version of the rules, including those
adopted by the Board at its May 19, 2009 meeting which are effective
today, July 1, 2009, may be found at
