Hello, colleagues. Attached are the notes from the last Work-Life
Coordinators meeting on June 12. Thanks to all who attended and
participated in a great discussion regarding flexible work arrangements
(FWA). The next Work-Life Coordinators' meeting is scheduled for July
31, from 9-11am. The meeting will be at the Department of Human Services
conference room 4A at 1575 Sherman Street in Denver. If you are unable
to make it to Denver for the meeting, a conference call option will be
available. Conference call details are as follows:

1.	Local calls dial (303) 346-9752.  For those outside of the
Denver metro area, dial (866) 427-0083. 

2.   After dialing the phone number you will be prompted for a room
number, which is * 2634866 * (you must enter the * before and after the
number or it will not work properly)

 

At this time, the preliminary agenda includes a discussion of the tools
and resources DPA has prepared for FWA and an update on the Democratic
National Convention. If there are other agenda items or issues you would
like added, please forward to me ASAP. Once the agenda is finalized, it
will be forwarded. 

 

Also attached is the current Work-Life Coordinators list. Please review
and forward any changes or updates for your department. Please also try
to keep us informed of changes as they happen, so that we can ensure we
are communicating with the appropriate people. Also, anyone can opt in
to, or out of the Work-Life Coordinator's email list at any time. To do
this, please go to http://mailman.state.co.us/mailman/listinfo and
select the FWA list. The FWA or Flexible Work Arrangements Advisory
Group list is the same list we use for the Work-Life Coordinators.
