Important training announcement for HRDW/CPPS/ADS users

The HR Automated Systems Info page on the Division of Human Resources
website has been updated with important new information.   Check out

is training offered for HR Automated Systems.

 

Beginning August of 2008, the Division of Human Resources will offer
registration for training for CPPS (Colorado Personnel/Payroll System),
ADS (Applicant Data System) and Lotus Notes through our website.  

 

A new level of training has been developed for CPPS.  If you are a user
that requires access to CPPS, but who does not need to do any updates,
"CPPS Inquiry Only" training has been added, and is now available for
registration.  Objectives at this level include:  log-in, position
control, personal action data screen, job assignment, and performance
data.  There will also be an introduction to HRDW and Document Direct.  

 

If you are a user making updates in CPPS, "CPPS Full Access" will
address how these updates are done.  Objectives at this level include:
all items from Inquiry Only training, position creation, employee
history, new hires, leave action entries, promotion, separation, payroll
adjustments and transfers.
