Job Evaluation Letter (JEL) 08-07 was released June 30, 2008 and
contains the proposed changes for the Financial Services Consolidation
Study. The JEL, including the study narrative, is still available on the
DPA/DHR Web site at http://www.colorado.gov/dpa/dhr and also attached.  

 

A meet and confer session was held on July 8, with comments accepted
through July 15. Due to feedback received, an additional "meet and
confer" has been scheduled to review the proposed changes with affected
employees and employee organizations and collect feedback and
suggestions.  

 

Departmental human resource directors are responsible for providing this
information to their respective appointing authorities. Appointing
authorities are responsible for informing all affected employees.

 

The following public meeting has been scheduled: 

 

Thursday July 24, 2008, at 10:00 a.m.

Colorado Mental Health Institute at Fort Logan - Auditorium

Denver, CO  80236

 

In addition, the deadline for submitting written comments has been
extended to the close of business on Thursday, July 24, 2008, in order
to be considered before this study is published final. Thus, written
comments must be received by mail at 1313 Sherman Street, First Floor,
in Denver, CO 80203; faxed to 303.866.2458; or emailed to
kristi.rudy at state.co.us. For additional information, contact Kristi Rudy
