df is a Special Advisor concerning a Medical Insurance Supplement
Program for low-income state employees.  

Employees interested in this program and who meet the minimum
qualifications will apply during the application period of July 28 -
August 15, 2008 using an online application system.  We recognize that
there may be limitations in using an online application, but as we
estimate 700 or more applicants, it is the most efficient way of
gathering and sorting information.  We ask that you assist your
employees in gaining computer/Internet access or in completing the
application.  Know that the application itself is relatively easy to
complete - basic information on each household member is to be entered,
along with 2007 gross income information, and any recent medical
insurance information.
