Thriving in the Multi-Generational Workplace:
For the first time in history four generations are present in the workplace,
each bringing unique perspective and preferences. This fun and lively
presentation utilizes historical reference and current research to provide
practical tips and skills building for minimizing conflict and maximizing
generational assets. Participants will learn "words that work" and develop
skills for more effective communication and team work. Ever wondered what
planet those Boomers, Xer's or Millenials came from? Register now and find
out!
Cost: $75.00 per person
Next Class: February 6 and March 6
8:30am - 11:00am, 1313 Sherman Street
Respect in the Workplace:
Defining respect is an essential element for any team. Through interactive
activities, participants will define what constitutes a respectful workplace
and develop practical skills for getting there. New and seasoned teams will
benefit through shared understanding for more effective communication and
work relationships. This workshop is a great team building exercise and
intact teams are encouraged to attend as a group. Individual employees are
welcome as well. Attendance is limited to 30 people in order to ensure ample
time for group participation. Teams of 12 or more may reserve a class and
receive a 20% discount.
Cost: $100.00 per person
Next Classes: January 18 and February 27
8:30am - 12:00, 1313 Sherman Street
