administrator position at Revenue? Thank you!
The Department of Revenue has a Contract Administrator, General
Professional IV position open. This position applies State and
Departmental contracting practices and requirements when creating,
renewing, amending, and monitoring contracts; negotiates with department
staff and vendors exercising independent legal analysis, interpretation,
and judgment to ensure the Department's best interests are met; reviews
scopes of work and solicitations to assure consistency with anticipated
contractual terms or conditions; plans, develops, researches, prepares
reports, makes recommendations, and implements specific projects related
to purchasing and contracts; work with and trains users to assure
contracts are properly and timely prepared; reviews contractor's
requests for price increases, notifies contractors of necessary
compliance or non-compliance regarding contract terms; and performs
other duties as assigned.
