ATTACHMENTS. This week's CCU email contains the following attachments:

1.       CMS. Email with attachment from Brenda Lujan of the OCA
regarding CMS.

2.       SCAN. Email with attachment from Rick Brough regarding this
week's SCAN meeting. 

 

MODEL CONTRACT REVISIONS. We have been collecting edits to the OSC Model
Contracts since they were issued in April 2009. We will be incorporating
those edits and some other changes and issuing revised Models in the
near future. If you have any edits, comments, or suggestions, please
send them to me at kevin.edwards at state.co.us. 

 

PROCUREMENT TRAINING. All 2010 dates have been filled. We'll begin
scheduling for 2011 in the near future. These trainings are scheduled
with entire agencies, not individuals within agencies. If you are an
individual and want us to schedule training for your agency, please
contact your Contracts and Procurement Director (or equivalent).

 

REVISIONS/CHANGES TO CONTRACTS - TRACK CHANGES. Please attach an
electronic Track Change version or written list (email is fine) setting
forth (i) the changes and (ii) where they are located along with clean
copies when sending contracts containing changes in Model Contract
provisions or containing any changes from previous reviews (of any
contract) forwarded to the CCU for approval. This greatly expedites CCU
reviews.
