[CCIT] OSC Policies-Routing of Contracts, Review and Approval-OAG, and Monitoring Reviews-OSC Delegation

Lea Ann will soon replace the above-referenced Policies currently on the OSC Web site with those newly revised on the CAOS drive (they will all have 11/9/09 as a revision date). Most of the changes were rephrasing of sentences to make them clearer and adding explanations. We would ask everyone to review §3(b) of the Routing Policy and §5(b) of the Monitoring Policy (they identical wording) as it adds options when dealing with modifications that should simplify life and cut down on copies.
