[CCIT] OSC Policies-SIGNATURE PAGES-Revised: Averment

All,

 

I appreciate all of your prompt feedback regarding the averment on the
signature page. Based on it, the OSC is removing the averment from the
Signature Pages and the Model Contracts. We will be attempting to find
another solution to the Late Memo issue (if you have any ideas, please
share them) that provides the information needed in another manner. In
the meantime, please continue to comply with the Late Justification/Memo
procedures set forth in the CONTRACT COMPLETENESS CHECKLIST and the
CONTRACT COMPLETENESS RESOURCE GUIDE.

 

I apologize for the inelegant solution and any inconvenience it may have
caused.
