[CCIT] OSC Policies-MODIFICATIONS OF CONTRACTS - TOOLS AND FORMS-Correction

The above-referenced OSC Policy has been revised. 

Corrections to the Sample Amendment Form were made to replace the word
"Contract" with the word "Assignment" where proper (during the last
revision a cut and paste was performed which led to the error-I
apologize). Thanks to the modest person (who wishes to remain anonymous)
who pointed out the error to me.
